What time can I jump+
We always have sessions on Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00, other session times are available by arrangement depending on group numbers.
What are the age requirements?+
Minimum age to participate is 7 years old. All minors MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
What about parking?+
There is plenty of parking available in the area.
What is the maximum Weight?+
The maximum weight for a participant should not exceed 120kg.
What type of footwear should I wear?+
Comfortable shoes, preferably runners or any other fully enclosed flat soled shoe.
What kind of clothes should I wear?+
Comfortable clothing based upon the season (Summer/Winter), and we recommend dark coloured tops. If you look at any of the videos and photos on the site it will give you a good idea what people wear.
What do I do with the voucher?+
If you have a pre-paid voucher bring a printed version of the voucher you have purchased/received with you on the day.
How many jumps per person?+
Each voucher is for one person only, not exchangeable. Each Rap Jumping voucher entitles the person to 3 jumps. Each Ultimate Experience voucher entitles the person to 5 jumps.
How early should I arrive for my booking?+
We recommend you arrive at least 15mins before your jump.
Can my friends come and watch?+
We love to have spectators and they are always welcome.
Can my friends take photos?+
Anyone wanting to take photos/videos are welcome to come to “the roof”, but are requested to follow all instructors directions at all times.
What if the weather looks like raining?+
Weather is in no way a safety issue for Rap Jumping as the site is well protected. But for comfort, if it is looking uncomfortable, our team will assess the situation prior to the jump.
